Discover our range of replacement filters for your Electrolux ventilation unit, all made in the EU! Our selection includes high-performance G4 (ISO Coarse 65%) filters sets, designed to protect your system and improve indoor air quality. All our options are quality-tested and fully compatible with Electrolux MVHR units.

Model compatibility

This category includes filter sets compatible with all major Electrolux MVHR ventilation units, including:

  • EPVS series
  • ERVX series

To ensure the right fit, it’s important to know the exact model of your ventilation unit, as different models require different filters. You’ll find helpful tips on identifying your device in the FAQ section.

Filter types and what they protect against

Our replacement filter sets for Electrolux units are designed to ensure optimal air quality and system performance through dual G4 filtration:

  • G4 filters (ISO Coarse 65%) on the extract and supply side: ideal for capturing larger particles like soil particles, large pollen grains, plant debris, insect wings, sawdust, sand and textile lint.

Usage and maintenance

To keep your MVHR system running efficiently and your indoor air clean, we recommend replacing the filters every 3–6 months. However, this depends on your environment, if you have pets, or nearby construction.

To make the process easy, we provide step-by-step replacement instructions for each filter model. You can find them under the “How to change” tab on every product page.

Manufacturing quality you can trust

Our carefully developed house brand filters are made in the European Union by certified manufacturers. They are produced with high-quality materials, under strict ISO 16890 standards to ensure high filtration performance and reliability.

Which Electrolux models (e.g. EPVS-200, EPVS-350) do you sell filters for?

Plus icon Close icon

Electrolux residential MVHR units are among the most popular in the Baltic and Nordic countries, and our range covers the standard models from this manufacturer, including the EPVS-200 and EPVS-350 series. If the plate with the model name on the unit is hard to read or has come off, the most reliable way to find the right filter is to measure the old filter in millimetres (length, width, thickness) and compare it with the dimensions listed in our catalogue, rather than relying on the model number alone.

Why are original Electrolux filters more expensive, and do compatible alternatives work just as well?

Plus icon Close icon

The price of original Electrolux filters mostly reflects branded packaging and the distribution chain, rather than the filtration properties themselves. The compatible filters we offer are made to the same M5/F7 (ISO 16890) specification and to exactly the same dimensions, so filtration efficiency and airflow are no different from the original. The only real difference is price, which is usually noticeably lower when buying a compatible filter directly from the manufacturer without a brand markup.

Which filter class should I choose for an Electrolux MVHR unit?

Plus icon Close icon

Electrolux MVHR units most commonly use an M5-class (coarser) filter together with an F7 or ISO ePM1-class (finer) filter. In urban conditions, or if there are people with allergies in the home, an F7-class supply filter is often chosen, as it retains pollen and fine dust better than a standard M5. Both classes fit the same filter holder slot, so switching from M5 to F7 requires no additional modifications.

How often should Electrolux EPVS filters be replaced in Latvian conditions?

Plus icon Close icon

The standard recommendation for Electrolux EPVS units is every 3–6 months, but the right interval depends on where you live and how the unit is used. In the heating season the unit runs harder to recover heat, and damp Latvian autumns and winters mean more moisture and fine particles pass through the supply filter, so filters tend to clog faster between October and March. Near busy roads or in homes with pets, lean towards the 3-month end of the range; in a quiet rural area, 6 months is usually fine. Weaker airflow or a stronger smell indoors is a sign it's time to change them sooner.

Do Electrolux MVHR filters have an activated carbon layer for odours and VOCs?

Plus icon Close icon

Standard Electrolux MVHR filters are designed to capture particles (dust, pollen, fine solid particles), not to remove odours. For homes near busy traffic streets, or where strong kitchen or outdoor odours are noticeable, we offer an additional supply filter with an activated carbon layer – it is fitted as an extra stage alongside the regular M5/F7 filter, not as a replacement for it, so particle filtration remains unchanged.
